Our Sustainable Fleet

Ecocombi / LZV

Longer combinations (up to 25.25m) that carry more per trip — meaning fewer journeys for the same volume. Up to 35% CO₂ reduction per tonne-kilometre through higher load efficiency.

5 Electric Trucks

Zero emission transport. In 2019, we invested in the first DAF CF Electric in Belgium, in 2025 we extended that investment and currently have 5 electric trucks in fleet. Operating on suitable routes within our network, with the fleet expanding as infrastructure develops.

HVO100 Fuel Station

Our own on-site HVO100 (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) fuelling station. HVO100 reduces well-to-wheel CO₂ by up to 89% compared to conventional diesel. HVO is a drop in fuel, which means it is available to our entire (combustion engine) fleet.

Our Forest

Our forest, fully owned since 2021

In line with its sustainable strategy, Snel Logistic Solutions acquired a 4.5-hectare forest in Nazareth (BE) in 2021. This was announced by our CEO, Gert Snel as a tangible contribution to ecological value in the region — a signal that logistics growth can go hand in hand with respect for nature and the environment.

The forest is unmanaged and will remain so — left to develop naturally, free from commercial exploitation. A mixed temperate forest of this size absorbs an estimated 17 to 22 tonnes of CO₂ per year under natural conditions. It will be preserved, undisturbed, for generations.

This initiative is not tied to any certificate or emission scheme. It is a direct, permanent contribution to local biodiversity and ecological value — because we believe a company that relies on infrastructure, fuel, and natural resources has a responsibility to give something back.
